GV Wallet Cash here and after called as "Store Credit" which is a form of virtual currency issued by Grabvia.com (Springster Services LLP). It can only be used towards the purchase of merchandise or services offered for sale at www.Grabvia.com. Store Credit has no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash except as otherwise provided by law. Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. Store Credit may be purchased. Store Credit can be redeemed via entering Store Credit Codes or by activating in the "my account" page. A Store Credit Code will be provided to your e-mail account within 48 hours after your purchase is shipped. There are two main types of store credit promotions: a preset amount or a percentage base amount. A preset amount type of promotion will give store credit based on a preset amount regardless of the price of the promotional item(s). Purchases with this type of promotion are not eligible if any coupon or store credits are used. A percentage base type of promotion will give store credits based on a preset percentage of the final payment amount disregarding shipping, coupon, and store credits. Purchases with this type of promotion are eligible for store credits. Grabvia.com has right to refund to the customer in terms of Store Credit to customers account which customer can use for future transactions. If customer wants to withdraw such amount which was refunded for the order or products etc. for which customer has already paid, Grabvia.com shall pay customer back for such transactions as per company’s convenience.
Upon a promotional offer, customers will receive Store Credits base on the promotion amount of an item. Different promotional offers may be used simultaneously, but the promotional offer that grants a larger amount of Store Credit will be credited. If a payment is used in conjunction with Store Credit amounts, further Store Credit Amounts will only be granted based on the final amount charged. Shipping Fees are not included in the final amount charged when calculating the amount of Store Credit Amounts granted. Store Credit may not use in conjunction with coupon codes or discounts. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Your use of Store Credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Store Credit can only be used online at the website. Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. Store Credit may not be purchased. Store Credit is provided to your account when purchased items have been returned and 'Receive Store Credit' has been selected from the return page. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
In the case of a Return: If you refund an order after redeeming the store credit code, your store credit amount will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you have purchased an item using your Store Credit, we will bill you the amount used. If you exchange a product instead, the Store Credit will not be affected. RMA with purchases using Store Credits can only be exchanged with the same item or item of equal value, no refund will be issued.
Grabvia.com is not responsible for any emails enter wrongfully for item purchasing, if the email is entered wrongfully the credits given to the email will not be retrievable.
Please treat Store Credit like cash. We are not responsible for stolen Store Credit codes. Grabvia.com is under no obligation to restore lost or stolen Store Credit codes. Compliance with Law
By electing to receive Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to Grabvia.com that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the Site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by Grabvia.com without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights and Trademarks, Disclaimer, Claims, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Laws, Arbitration and General, shall survive any termination.
In the event a Grabvia.com product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Grabvia.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Grabvia.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Grabvia.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Please keep in mind Store Credit is a form of virtual currency issued by Grabvia.com with no monetary value. Upon future contingency where Grabvia.com ceases to continue business operations, Grabvia.com reserves the right to void all active Store Credits. Grabvia.com will not be held accountable for compensation of any Store Credits upon such a contingency.
In the occurrence of disputes, the customer will automatically forfeit their Store Credits. If the customer files a dispute and have already used the Store Credits given from the disputed order, Grabvia.com will bill the disputer for the Store Credit used from the disputed purchased.
Upon a breach of contract, Grabvia.com will delete and remove all Store Credits and the offender will be IP Banned. The offender will also be billed for any abused Store Credit amount and file.
Grabvia.com reserves the right at any time to modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Service. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into this Agreement. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance thereof.
