How and when do I return a product?

As our continuous endeavor to provide best in class services to our customers we have a very easy returns policy. Returns of product depends upon several conditions.

1.     Damaged Product:

If you receive product to be damaged, leaking then you can just call our Customer Services at +91 7878 42 3344 and register for return of the product along with relevant details. We will arrange for pick and delivery fresh product. Normally we pick up the product in 12 to 24 hours after reporting the damaged products.

Delivery of the fresh product is made when damaged product is picked up. In case product is unavailable in the warehouse, then new product will be delivered within 24 hours maximum or money will be refunded back to customer account in next 7 to 12 days of time.

 

2.     Expired Product:

If you find that the product you have received a expired product, in such a cases you can call our Customer Services at +91 7878 42 3344 and arrange for pick of the products and the amount paid for the same transaction if paid online then it will be credited to your account directly and if you paid through cash on delivery then either you will receive wallet cash or cheque will be issued in favor of customer. Otherwise we can also provide you with new product at the time of pick up.
